- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After review, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Custom-Made Products
All of our products are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Personal preference after production
- Custom design approval changes after manufacturing has started

Refund Processing
